Products, Prices & Promotions

Listings support informed purchasing.

Oceanora aims to present useful product images, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, capacities, variations, included items, fit guidance, warnings, and care information. Minor visual differences can result from displays, photography, production updates, or materials.

PricingPrices appear in the currency shown at checkout. Obvious listing or pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment.
AvailabilityProducts, variations, quantities, bundles, and promotional inventory remain subject to current availability.
Email savingsSuccessful email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount with no code, not limited to a first order.
Selected offersSelected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount with no code where the offer is displayed.

An order moves through five legal stages.

Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. Oceanora may review payment, product availability, address details, quantity limits, suspected misuse, and obvious listing errors before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Acceptance or cancellationAn order may be declined or canceled for inventory, payment, security, quantity, or obvious listing issues.
Shipping and deliveryShipping is free on all products, with expected delivery in 3–5 calendar days under the Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchangesEligible products receive free returns and exchanges within 30 days under the Return & Refund Policy.
Product Use Covenant

Every activity begins with responsible judgment.

Water and outdoor conditions change quickly. Product ownership does not guarantee safety or replace skill, supervision, preparation, and local compliance.

Do not exceed listed capacity, rider count, pressure, load, speed, temperature, environment, or skill guidance.

Check seams, valves, straps, ropes, handles, fittings, fasteners, flotation, electronics, and protective equipment.

Review weather, water, access, visibility, fatigue, supervision, local rules, and the experience of every participant.

Stop when limits change

End the activity when equipment, weather, water, visibility, fatigue, or user control moves beyond the plan.

Safety, Fit & Instruction

Safety equipment must be suitable and correctly used.

Life jackets, helmets, waterwear, footwear, leashes, tow ropes, masks, fins, lights, and other protective or activity equipment must be selected, fitted, maintained, and used for their intended purpose.

Proper fitFollow size, adjustment, closure, and compatibility instructions for each user.
Activity-specific protectionUse suitable flotation, helmets, visibility, footwear, and protective clothing.
Training and supervisionSeek qualified instruction and appropriate adult or professional supervision where needed.
No substitute for judgmentProduct descriptions and safety gear do not eliminate inherent activity risks.

Website, Content & Communication

Digital access must remain lawful and respectful.

Oceanora website content, design, logos, product presentation, photography, video, graphics, icons, and text are owned by or licensed to Oceanora and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

01Permitted useBrowse, research products, place orders, manage purchases, and request support for personal purposes.
02Prohibited conductDo not scrape at scale, bypass security, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, exploit errors, or disrupt operations.
03User contentReviews and feedback must be honest, lawful, non-infringing, and free from abuse, deception, or fraudulent claims.

What shipping and return terms apply?

Shipping is free on all products, orders are expected within 3–5 calendar days, and eligible products receive free returns and exchanges within 30 days under the applicable policies.

Does safety equipment remove activity risk?

No. Equipment does not replace training, judgment, supervision, suitable flotation, weather review, local rules, inspection, communication, or emergency planning.

How are changes to the Terms communicated?

The current version is posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a posted change confirms acceptance where permitted by law.
